Nick then worked as a Theatrical Agent developing a major touring circuit from Southern Sydney as far south as Tathra and back through the central west covering many major towns. As well as developing this touring circuit Nick also acted as Tour Manager for the artists.
In 1988, Nick decided to take a break from the entertainment industry and bought an inner Sydney Hotel, the "Lord Wolseley." He worked as Licensee / Publican until 1993.

After an extensive trip overseas Nick then settled in South East Queensland. To date, Nick has worked with, toured with & tour managed acts such as - Elton John, The Police, Kiss, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, The Motels, George Benson, Nick Kershaw, The Pogues, The Fureys, Clannad, Cold Chisel, Moving Pictures, Icehouse, INXS, Rose Tattoo, Dragon, The Radiators, and John Paul Young.

In 2000, Nick began working with "MAS Entertainment" later becoming a partner. Deciding in 2004 to further utilize his knowledge of the Entertainment Industry, Nick developed a touring company by the name of, "Check One Touring."

Mary-Anne Sterling

Having spent 25 years as a professional and very well known singer and recording artist on the Gold Coast Mary-Anne Sterling decided to put her vast knowledge of the area and the Entertainment Industry to better use by opening her own entertainment agency "MAS Entertainment".

Responding to so many requests from both Artists and Clients alike MAS Entertainment quickly became one of the Gold Coasts leading agencies.
"I saw an opportunity to provide a far more personalised service, much more hands on and draw from my many years as a member of the industry" Mary-Anne states.

Chris has many years experience in business internationally and in Australia. His expertise and knowledge of the business side of the music industry, including how to get artists signed and contract negotiations is an invaluable aspect of COT’s ability to assist artists in "getting started".
